PRODUCTS
Main ingredients: Calcium oxide, chemical formula CaO
Features:
Calcium oxide is an inorganic compound, commonly known as quicklime. It is white or grayish lump, powdery, soluble in acids, glycerin and sucrose solutions, and almost insoluble in ethanol. Calcium oxide is an alkaline oxide and is sensitive to humidity. It easily absorbs carbon dioxide and moisture from the air, reacts with water to form calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH) 2 ) and generates a lot of heat, which is corrosive.
According to my standard GB 2760-2007 "Sanitary Standards for the Use of Food Additives", calcium oxide is allowed to be used as an acidity regulator, nutrient, flour regulator and leavening agent for the food industry.
Control indicators:
The quality control of our company's food-grade calcium oxide products is implemented in accordance with the national standard GB 30614-2014
