Main ingredients: Calcium oxide, chemical formula CaO
Features:
Calcium oxide is an inorganic compound, commonly known as quicklime. It is white or grayish lump, powdery, soluble in acids, glycerin and sucrose solutions, and almost insoluble in ethanol. Calcium oxide is an alkaline oxide and is sensitive to humidity. It easily absorbs carbon dioxide and moisture from the air, reacts with water to form calcium hydroxide (Ca(OH) 2 ) and generates a lot of heat, which is corrosive.
The company produces high-activity calcium oxide with high calcium content, stable composition, low impurity content (especially S and P content). The lime has large pores, small specific gravity, high activity and fast reaction speed. In the smelting and chemical industries, the reaction time is limited. If the calcium content of lime is high and the activity is not high (the uneven heating of the lime calcination process causes the calcium oxide crystals to grow too fast and the pores between the crystals are small), the reaction will not be possible within a limited time. After all, the incompletely reacted lime is discharged as waste residue, which increases the amount of lime used and increases the production cost of customers. Active lime can completely solve this problem. At the same time, highly active calcium oxide can be used in papermaking, environmental protection, aquaculture and other industries, and the specific indicators can be tailored according to customer requirements.
